We are committed to serve the needs of our customers with their safety of and well being in mind. Our team is taking tremendous precautions throughout our work days. We take the temperatures of our employees every morning, and wear protective face and hand gear. We also disinfect our equipment every morning, throughout the day and upon return to our office. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Services:
- Scrubbing and thorough cleaning of the bathroom
Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out. Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile. Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base. Mop floors and empty wastebaskets.
- Dusting and Vacuuming throughout your home
Dust furniture, ceiling fans, shelves, blinds, and decor. This includes dusting small items, as well as dusting the surfaces around and under them. Vacuum furniture including your cushions.
- Kitchen cleaning
Clean fronts of kitchen cabinets, clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink. Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs and counter tops. Clean small appliances; coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven and microwave oven inside and out.
- Floor Cleaning
All ceramic, tile, linoleum, and wood floors will be damp mopped.
- Other routine cleaning
Clean all woodwork, light fixtures, and cobwebs are done at each visit. Vacuum all carpets, rugs, stairs and hard floor surfaces. Clean all shelves, fixtures, glass surfaces and items on vanity. Make up or straighten linens.
Move-in, Move-out, and Post-Construction:
- Perform all cleaning tasks listed under Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Services above.
- Plus: Clean inside oven and refrigerator
- Plus: Wiping out any closets, Inside cabinets and windows.
Initial Visit
During our initial visit, these tasks are performed provide us with a clean slate so we can effectively maintain your home to keep your house clean and pristine:
Examples include:
- Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds
- Vacuum furniture including your cushions.
- Wiping Doors, baseboards and windowsills
- Scrubbing your kitchen, bathrooms and cabinets
- Cleaning pictures and wall hangings
- Cobweb removal
